Established in 1986, RGH Converting is a family-run business with a reputation for technical reliability, problem-solving, and precision converting.

We’ve grown to become one of the UK’s most trusted partners for custom material solutions — working with manufacturers to solve real engineering challenges.

What we do

From sealing and bonding to insulation, cushioning, and noise reduction

We design and convert materials that make products and processes perform better. Our team specialises in tailoring solutions to your specific needs, drawing on a wide portfolio of foams, tapes, rubbers, felts, plastics, and more.

Everything we manufacture is cut, laminated, or finished at our facility in Great Dunmow, using the latest die-cutting, slitting and lamination technologies. As an ISO9001 and IATF16949 certified business, we embed quality into every stage of the process — from material selection to delivery.

We’re also proud to be a 3M Preferred Converter — a designation awarded to a select group of partners that meet 3M’s highest standards for technical excellence, quality assurance and customer service.
