Featuring an advanced low-odour and low-VOC/fog-emissions formulation, this 1.1 mm thick black tape delivers the legendary bonding strength and durability of the 3M™ VHB™ family without sacrificing air comfort.
It is uniquely optimised to provide instant, powerful adhesion across highly challenging, low-surface-energy (LSE) substrates, such as polypropylene and polystyrene, as well as medium and high-surface-energy (HSE) plastics, metals, and glass. Highly conformable and flexible, its acrylic foam core accommodates slight surface irregularities, ensuring maximum surface contact and a seamless, long-lasting bond.
This tape represents an exceptionally reliable, cost-effective alternative to traditional mechanical fasteners (like rivets, screws, and welds) or liquid adhesives, significantly simplifying your manufacturing and assembly processes.
