With 38 years’ experience in retail sales and administration across sectors including telecommunications, print, logistics, training, and construction, Caroline brings a wealth of knowledge and adaptability to RGH. In her role as Sales Administrator, she ensures customer orders run smoothly from enquiry to delivery — liaising with every department to keep service levels high and customers supported at every step.

What I Do at RGH

Caroline plays a vital role at the heart of RGH’s customer support team. No two days are ever the same — one moment she’s answering enquiries and processing purchase orders, the next she’s checking stock availability or tracking production lead times.

Her role spans customer service, sales administration, and cross-department communication, working closely with Production, Quality, Finance, and Logistics.

Her ultimate goal? To ensure every customer receives the highest level of service and support, with no detail overlooked.

    How did you get into the industry?

    I’ve built my career in sales and administration across a variety of sectors — from telecoms and 3PL to print and construction. Each role gave me new perspectives, which I now bring together at RGH to support customers in a fast-paced, technical environment.

    What do you enjoy most about your role?

    I enjoy problem-solving — especially when it means digging into the root cause of an issue, not just finding a short-term fix. For me, the satisfaction comes from putting processes in place that prevent problems recurring and make things easier for the customer next time.

  • Life & Spirit

    What does life outside work look like?

    Family, laughter, and a cold glass of bubbles! I’m a big F1 fan, love reading, good food, and dancing around my kitchen to 80s hits. I also make handmade cards for friends and family (I have a craft room full of supplies… half of which I’ve promised myself I’ll use one day!). On top of that, I collect gin from small British distilleries — so I’m always on the lookout for new recommendations.
