What is 3M™ Thermally Conductive Interface Tape 8926‑0.2?

3M™ Thermally Conductive Interface Tape 8926‑0.2 is a 0.20 mm thick pressure-sensitive tape infused with thermally conductive ceramic particles and built on a thin PET carrier.

Crafted with a soft acrylic adhesive, it delivers excellent wet-out, conformability to varied surfaces, and reliable adhesive performance when bonding thermal components. The PET carrier enhances handling, converting ability, and enables reworkability when needed.
