What is 3M™ VHB™ Tape RP+040GF?
This grey, 0.4 mm (16 mil) tape features modified acrylic adhesive on a conformable foam core, designed for general and flexible bonding applications.
It offers a high-strength, permanent bond instantly upon contact — no curing required. Used as a fast alternative to screws, welds, and liquid adhesives, it maintains a smooth, clean appearance and can bond a wide range of substrates, including metals and medium-surface-energy plastics.
