3M™ Vinyl Tape 471+ is a fine‑line masking tape with a flexible vinyl backing designed for decorative paintwork and precision graphics.

Its semi-translucent base supports fine alignment, and it maintains integrity through contours and tight curves. The versatile rubber adhesive ensures strong adhesion to varied substrates, yet removes cleanly, without ghosting, after a 121 °C, 30-minute bake cycle.
