What is 3M™ Polyester Tape 8902?
3M™ Polyester Tape 8902 is a thicker version of 3M™ Polyester Tape 8901, made with a strong blue polyester backing and a silicone adhesive.
This design enhances durability and resistance while masking in high-temperature and chemically challenging environments. It performs reliably in demanding processes like powder-coat painting, ensuring clean removal even after a 5-hour bake cycle on tough surfaces like stainless steel, anodised aluminium, and glass.
