What is PVC/Nitrile Foam?

PVC/Nitrile foam is a soft, closed-cell elastomeric material designed for reliable acoustic, thermal, and sealing performance.

Its skinned surface enhances resistance to water, dust, and air penetration, making it highly effective in sealing applications.

Lightweight yet durable, PVC/Nitrile delivers excellent vibration damping and sound absorption while coping well in both hot and cold environments. With inherent flame-retardant properties and Class O rating, it is a safe and versatile choice for a wide range of insulation and gasketing uses.

  • Supplied from 3mm to 50mm as standard. Custom sizes available on request.

  • Available in soft to medium densities for flexibility and sealing performance, 60-90kgm3

  • Available plain or with single-/double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA).

  • A natural skinned surface enhances sealing against air, dust, and moisture.

  • Meets Class O fire rating; available in RoHS and REACH compliant grades.
